ARTEA's mission is to install life and economic dynamism in places with little life or abandoned, such as the outskirts of cities, industrial zones, wastelands, etc ...
To do this, Artéa creates spaces adapted to societal changes affecting work, the way of living, traveling, eating, and sharing experiences. A successful example of site revitalization is that of Lesquin, where ARTEA is developing the Arteparc de Lesquin which was the site of a partnership between ARTEA and the École de Condé de Nancy last year. ARTEA wishes to create a concept open to all based on the symbiosis between coworking, coliving, catering and events.

For this project, my group and I worked on coliving. We reflected on new ways of living in community, and creating a room that allows for work and rest.
